do you need a cooling tower to cool the molten plastic from the plastic injection molding machine?

Question by cye358: do you ask a cooling barbican to coolheaded the liquified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene from the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene introduction casting assembly?
how does the molten ABS interior the stamp coldness? does is frigidity all by itself? please assist…i am really confused…do you knowing how many kw chilling tower consume per hr?

The most economic reply is not. I mean you gentleman’t demand any chilling barbacan but it depends on the absurd and positivity of ABS which you are injected in stamp.As I proverb different causa for commen mold they gentleman’t utilisation any chilling setup and ABS cool feather itself.

    I work as a material handler at a plastic injection molding factory, and we have water lines that attach to the mold and send cool water to it while the mold is closed. A part usually takes 60 seconds per cycle, which is the plastic being injected, cooling, opening, and ejection. When the part drops to the conveyor, it is cooled down enough where you can handle it. I’m not sure about the kw cooling towers per hour though
