What to make with a plastic injection machine?

Question by bardia888: What to do with an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene introduction assembly?
I have an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene recycling institution. I mostly regrind HDPE crate, PP and PS vesture hangers, and bundle LDPE and PP film. Instead of transmittal them all to China, I am mentation of acquiring an intromission casting and fashioning ABS part such as hangers and bucket etc…Does anybody have any suggestion of what thing to brand with the HDPE, PP and PS regrinds that I generate? I demand to brand thing that is easy to brand and has biomass. I will be completely new to Injection casting undertaking. Thanks in progress

You could also sale microperforated (micro vented) movie to MBD in an eigenvalue to what you are already manufacturing. There is an institution in SC that make microperf equipment. www.StewartsofAmerica.comGood lot.

How about plastic pallets? Exporters have to use them

I also have a recycling company. However, we work with the big auto companies (Chrysler, Ford, GM, Toyota, Lear…) and we recycle alot of their dunnage as well as knock-down crates and dunnage. This material is usually your HDPE HMW, Injection grade (structural foam), PP, TPO, TPU, LDPE, LLDPE, etc… All of these materials can be sold back to the supplier and reformed as dunnage or trays. People are always looking for 45*48 pallets, maybe you could make those.

Its hard if you don’t yet have a market to decide what sort of machine you are going to buy.

Plus, if you are selling your material to China, then that usually means that you are mixing it or it is not clean good material (since you can get 4 times the price for clean separated material here in the US.) Are you pellitizing it? Running it through a wash line? Or just grinding it? It might be more lucrative to find some customers to sell grind to in the US rather than thermoforming, unless you can get a contract first.
